Terms of Use

1. Acceptance

If you use Easypost on behalf of a company, you represent that you have authority to bind that company. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Accounts and acceptable use

You must provide accurate account information and keep credentials confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account and for content published through connected pages.

You may only connect LinkedIn Company Pages, Facebook Pages, and Instagram professional accounts that you are legally authorized to manage. You must comply with LinkedIn, Meta, and any other platform terms, including their advertising and community rules.

• Do not scrape, crawl, or attempt to extract data from LinkedIn, Facebook, or Instagram through Easypost beyond the publishing features we provide.
• Do not use the product to spam, impersonate others, or post unlawful, infringing, or deceptive content.
• Do not probe, overload, or reverse engineer the service except as allowed by law.

3. Platform APIs

Publishing depends on third-party APIs (LinkedIn, Meta) that can change, throttle, or revoke access. We are not LinkedIn or Meta. Outages, rejected posts, or lost API access are outside our full control. You remain the publisher of record on each network.

4. AI features

AI captions and images are generated from the brief and brand assets you supply. You must review outputs before publishing. You are responsible for the final content, including intellectual property, advertising claims, and platform policy compliance.

5. Plans and billing

Paid plans are billed in EGP through Kashier for the period you select. Fees are due in advance unless we agree otherwise. Refunds follow the money-back terms stated at checkout and in the product. We may suspend access for unpaid invoices after notice.

6. Intellectual property

Easypost and its software, trademarks, and documentation remain ours. You keep ownership of content you upload or create. You grant us a limited license to host, process, and transmit that content as needed to operate the service, including sending it to LinkedIn or Meta when you publish.

7. Disclaimer and liability

The service is provided on an “as is” basis. To the extent permitted by law we disclaim implied warranties of uninterrupted or error-free operation. Our aggregate liability for claims arising out of the service is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months before the claim, except where liability cannot be limited (for example death, personal injury, or fraud).

8. Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts of competent jurisdiction in Egypt have exclusive venue, except that either party may seek injunctive relief where the service or intellectual property is at risk.
